To ensure proper order handling, please reach out to a customer service representative at 800-330-7107 to confirm totes can be purchased for your address. If order is placed and totes can not be delivered a refund will need to be processed.

Carts are to be used for recycling only; collection of trash in these carts is not permitted.

Please place carts curbside for collection when full, on your regular service day and no later than 6:00am to ensure collection.

Please refer to the recycling menu provided to ensure you are recycling to the full extent possible.

Payment must be made prior to delivery – please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

After delivery carts become the sole property of the homeowner or tenant. Modern is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged carts.
